Episode 3: The Gainfully Employed Episode
July 30

Seven women... only one can take home up to $10,000... But first... one of them's gotta go.

Round 1: SNAP JUDGMENT

First vote is on first impressions... That leads to the first ejection. And the first rejection... #7... she of the giant melones... But why, aside from the obvious? "She was the kind of woman who needs a man's approval." "She looked like she was doing okay." "If I was at a wedding, she would NOT be the one to sit next to." Would you believe that she was a nurse for the Israeli government?

Round 2: MEETING THE LADIES

1) Monika, 38, hairstylist, a frequenter of self-improvement workshops
2) Princess Mapp, 28, student, her father was a pimp, her mother his main prostitute
3) Kelly, 31, human resources, expert M60 gunner at 19
4) Sharon Butler, 47, loan officer, has been on a diet every day since she was 12 year old
5) Constance, 23, radio programmer, wears a wedding band to keep crazy men away
6) Molly Kight, 39, administrative assistant, bought a Harley and wrecked it the first day.

You've learned all about these six... but for one, you already know too much. But first...

Round 3: GET A JOB

Over the break, the girls have changed into getups suitable for a job interview... but unfortunately MONIKA has just been fired. Why? "Her taking 500 self-improvement seminars just freaked me out." "It was just totally over the top." Interesting thing about her... she donates her clippings to make special mats to clean up oil spills. And you thought the 500 seminars were weird.

Back to the dresses, though. Would you hire these people?

Kelly is the least dressed up. She worked for the military... and her aspirations changed every year.

Sharon is going for a job at the FDIC. What she does right now is being an advocate for people who are losing their homes. When she was a little girl, she wanted to be Karen Carpenter. Her outfit says "very professional"

Constance is going for a job at a program producer at radio. She considers herself ambitious and very determined.

Molly is going for something in publishing. Her outfit is pretty put together. She was a fairy godmother at Disneyland a few years and 150 pounds back.

Finally, Princess even went so far as to change her glasses. She's in transition as a student after having owned a car dealership. Ultimately, she wants to finish school.

Time for the audience to do what they came to do. Getting the pink slip next is... KELLY. Why? "She has a very well paying job with the military. I don't think she needed the $10,000." "She looked very unprofessional."

Round 4: SEXIEST PHOTO

First is Constance... and she gets 'em out for the boys. She wore that as a maid of honor. She likes being curvaceous.

Molly's hot photo is more like a magazine picture. I wonder what she's thinking. Amazingly enough, she was doing some petite plus-size modeling for a while.

Princess was on the beach at night. She just met someone after having been celibate for three years. Will it be a grand re-opening part with his new guy? We'll see.

Finally, Sharon's... Miss US Ms. 2006 at age 45. Whoa, hello.

Round 5: THE MORAL COMPASS

It's your customary Wheel of Questions round. Each wedge has a topic, and each question is an opportunity to make the audience love you more... or hate you less.

Molly spins out... MONEY. Would you choose a boring job that you didn't like but had a six-figure paycheck or a barely-living wage doing something you love? She's unemployed. She says life's too short to do what you don't love.

Princess gives it a dainty whirl with... RELATIONSHIPS. Would you move to a foreign country for the person you loved even if it meant there would be little chance to see your family. She would.

Sharon spins away... MONEY. You will receive $5 million... but every word you've ever said about anyone would be accessed on the internet. Would you do it? Yep.

Finally, Constance gives us... LOOKS. You have the choice... a smokin' hot body with a truly ugly face or a gorgeous face with a really bad body (even exercise won't help). Which would you choose? She goes with the face. She could always cover up the body.

In life's Facebook, one of these ladies is about to be de-friended. And that woman... is... SHARON. "She contradicted herself throughout the whole thing." "She was an actress."

Round 6: MATERIAL WITNESS

Each player has brought with them someone to vouch for them.

Princess brings her girlfriend Tasha. "Princess is extremely pushy." Small things or big things? "Everything." She thinks she has good ideas.

Constance brought her mother Tracy. "She's a spoiled brat! She lives at home. I cook, clean, do her laundry, make her breakfast in bed..." She's not out of control, she's just well taken care of.

Finally, Molly brought her best friend Kim. "Molly can't let her inner fat girl go."

Round 7: EXCESS BAGGAGE

The question: "What is the single best thing you've ever done and the single worst thing you've ever done?"

Constance is proud of graduating from college. She's not proud of holding grudges. Especially when it comes to cutting off guys.

Molly's high: having gastric bypass. Molly's low: her first marriage. Ex is a very nice guy with a few demons... mainly Molly.

Princess is proud of having survived being molested and seeing said molester go to prison... for life. And as for darker parts... she opened the car dealership, and it failed on some bad choices and her grandmother lost her house on the back of that.

One of these three people is not quite popular enough.. And that person... CONSTANCE. Why? "She was portraying these hard-working characters, but she's not doing her own laundry!" "These other people had gone through some hard stuff."

Round 8: THE AWKWARD TRUTH

Each woman will ask the other three yes-or-no questions. The question cannot be "what will you spend the money on", because we don't want the audience to vote out of guilt. This is guilt-free television... By the way, both women are wired to a lie detector, so if they're trying to pass you a few bills under the table, we'll all know about it.

Molly:
1) Do you think you should be spending your life holding a grudge against the friends that didn't stick by you when you lost weight?
- Yes... TRUE

2) Do you think you spent most of your life worrying about your body image?
- Yes... TRUE.

3) Knowing Princess' past, do you think you're a better person?
- Based on your past... yes. ... TRUE.

Princess:
1) Do you think you can make the same mistakes again?
- No... TRUE

2) Have you been completely non-sexual for the last three years?
- No... TRUE

3) Do you think that I should win.
- No... TRUE

Round 9: THE CLOSER

The women have 20 seconds to say why they should get your vote... or why their opponent shouldn't.

Molly is a regular gal who is here to have fun. She's not ashamed of who she is. Princess has no shame about who she is. She's like a quilt, a piece of everyone out there.

And now for the final vote... Remember, the 100 women are voting for a winner. Each vote is worth $100. If it's unanimous, then she'll take away $10,000.

And after the vote has been counted, the Most Popular woman... is... MOLLY! And her prize for winning... unfortunately, we don't know because the DVR cut out. Thanks, WeTV.

Back with seven more women being judged... and 100 more women judging... next week! See you soon!
