Last April, 15 of America's
best and brightest teenagers descended upon Sony
Pictures Studios in LA to compete in the Jeopardy! Teen
Tournament. Then 9 got a shot out of those. Now we're
down to the final three... Jeff Xie overcame the odds
and made his return trip worth something, joining
returning champions Cooper Fair and Alan Koolik in the hunt for $75,000,
a trophy, and the title of 2014 Jeopardy! Teen
Tournament Champion.
Second place gets $25,000. Third gets $15,000.
And now it's about to get
real... the deciding game...

$800 The Story of His Life. Jeff has $7000 to Alan's $3600. He bets $2000 on
this: a Pennsylvania businessman, "Young Chocolatier."
"Who is Hershey?" RIGHT for $9000!

Daily Double #1: $800
The Arts. Cooper is in third with $4000, and he's
going for it on this: praise the Lord! Over a
century old, this American form of Christian music
combines elements of blues, jazz & spirituals. "What
is gospel?" FOR THE DOUBLER, $8000!
Daily Double #2: $1200 Anthoropology.
Jeff still has the lead with $15,000 to $9600 for Cooper. He bets $3000 on this:
Elsie Parsons studied these "apartment"-dwelling Indians of the Southwest,
including the Zuni. "What are Pueblos?" RIGHT for $18,000!
At the end of Double Jeopardy!...

Now this is
interesting. If Cooper doubles, he would still be short
by about $4000 of the other two if they bet nothing.
HOWEVER... If Alan doubles AND Jeff doubles, they will
force each other into a tie situation. Wagering has
never been more important than right now.
