What started with 15 collegians from the
US and Canada ends today and tomorrow with the final three in the finals
of the Jeopardy! College Championship. At stake: the honor of their
institutions of higher learning, the glory of a nation, bragging rights,
$100,000, a guaranteed slot in the next Tournament of Champions, a
trophy, and the title of Jeopardy!'s 2014 College Champion - a title
that comes with immortality on the trophy that sits in the Jeopardy!
Hall of Fame.
Will it be the lady from Princeton who
upset the favorite? Or two others who kept it close in their semifinal
matches? The answers
to these questions could be worth $100,000 for the winner, $50,000 for
the first runner-up, and $25,000 for the second runner-up.
