Week 7:
Tripped and Stoned
April 21
Yesterday, we went back to the 1960's, but
we are now in the present day and one couple is gone. It's the results
show and it starts....now.
Where to start? We start with an encore from Shawn & Mark instead of
Melissa & Tony. WHY??????? Keeping things going, we have Natasha
Bedingfield accompanied by Lacey & Dmitry.
Next up, Celtic Woman. No, not the Boston Celtics cheerleaders, it's
the Irish singing group on stage tonight, and after that, "Burn The
Floor" from Broadway. Now it's time for the pro dancer competition. We
picked a group of wannabes to vie for the spot in next season's
lineup. Up first, Genya Mazo, Alec's brother, does a rumba to "Stop &
Stare" by One Republic. Her partner is Snow Urbin. Cute name, huh?
(C-Note: she was on another season of another dancing oriented game
show on another network). Another pair is Ashly Del Grosso's sister
Afton and Brent Borbon. Afton's no stranger to this show. She danced
with her "A" sisters long ago, remember? They're doing a cha-cha to
"Damaged" by Danity Kane. Bravo for these 2. Time for one more. Mayo
Alanen & Anna Demidova. They're up doing a waltz. Now that's it's
done, you get to vote for the pro desperate to go to next season.
With time winding down, time is up for.....................Lawrence &
Edyta. And we have 6 left. The tension has never been higher. Tune in
next week for more routines....and even more sequins. I'm Pierre Kelly
and we'll see you soon.
