After loading up a truck of
food headed to Oklahoma, we get a weigh-in that saw
Olympic weightlifter Holley go home... She isn't the
only one heading home, however.
... because someone is
about to take their trainer with them. That's right,
it's another one-person team week. Someone will
represent your entire team in the weigh-in next week.
The good news is that you will have your trainer with
you to guide you throughout the process. The bad news...
there is a Red Line in play.
The even worse news... it
will be decided on a spin of the wheel. Interesting how
the wheel looks like the gear in the Planet Fitness
logo. Product placement FTW!
And the person going
home... is JAY. And apparently Jill is not happy about
this. SERIOUSLY not happy.
FARMINGTON, MO... and Jay
returns to a hero's welcome. And Jillian... honestly is
not as not-happy as she was at the ranch. And I'm
thinking.. WHICH ONE IS REAL!
And then I think... If it
weren't for my Here's Holley today! All 260 pounds of
her. Now she's in training for her next competition.
She's looking to lift more than the 225 she lifted at
the Biggest Loser. BOOM! Snatched 240! Next stop, Rio
and Olympic gold in 2016.
Back at the ranch,
Dolvett has set up a professional-football-league-style
combine. Good for Ruben, who was a football player at 17
before being a talent-show winner. Dolvett happens to
have his football jersey with him. And it fits, KIND OF.
Bob has TWO teams worth
of work ahead of him. The one thing that's holding the
teams together? The memory of Holley and his
elimination.
Back in Missouri... Jay's
feeling the full brunt of Jillian Michaels... and so are
we in her talking-head.
At the pool, Rachel is
getting her swim legs back. She has been scared to get
back in the pool because getting in a swimming suit
reminds her of everything she lost. After all, she was a
national-level swimmer who got a lot of scholarships to
swim in college, but she turned them down to be with her
boyfriends. And after she broke up, she turned to food
and... yeah. First lap in the pool... 1:24. Second
lap... 1:20.
A fire, a divorce, and a
number of things have burned Jay's confidence and his
home. He's been trying to move forward without dealing
with his losses. Moving forward is important, but facing
your obstacles is even more important, You can't just
brush them to the side like they don't mean anything.
The most important part: "Let it be".
Back to the game. It's
the Red Team vs. the Blue Team... vs Jay, a guy who puts
up great numbers EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!
WEIGH-IN #8

time to weigh in.
